01Acceptance of Terms

These terms govern access to and use of Foljent. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use Foljent on behalf of a business, you must have authority to bind that business. Do not use the service if you do not accept these terms.

02Description of Service

Foljent is a software platform for customer conversations and commerce. It connects supported channels, uses supplied business knowledge to assist responses and supports enabled tools for products, leads, orders and customer communication. Availability depends on your plan, configuration and the readiness of each feature. Features marked Coming soon are not currently offered as available functionality.

03Accounts

Provide accurate account information and protect your credentials. You are responsible for activities performed by your authorized team and for assigning appropriate workspace roles. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. Account access may depend on identity verification and applicable platform requirements.

04Connected Third-Party Platforms

You must have permission to connect each account or channel. Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and other providers have separate terms, permissions, limits and availability. Their changes or outages can affect Foljent functionality. You may disconnect integrations; stored records are handled according to the privacy policy and deletion process.

05Business Responsibilities

The business using Foljent remains responsible for its products, prices, inventory, policies, delivery rules, customer promises, orders and legal compliance. Keep the information you supply accurate and up to date. Obtain necessary permissions and provide appropriate notices for customer information. Foljent facilitates interactions; it does not become the seller or take over your obligations to customers.

06Acceptable Use

Do not use Foljent for unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, spam, rights infringement or unauthorized collection of personal information. Do not bypass access controls, compromise other workspaces, upload harmful content or misuse connected platforms. Your use must comply with the laws and platform rules that apply to your business.

07AI-Generated Responses

AI-assisted responses may be incomplete or incorrect, even when grounded in supplied information. Review your knowledge and settings, monitor customer conversations and arrange human oversight appropriate to your business. Do not rely on automated responses as a substitute for professional advice or a guarantee of accuracy. The business remains responsible for the information and promises communicated to its customers.

08Orders and Customer Transactions

Orders created through Foljent are transactions between the business and its customers. The business is responsible for accepting and fulfilling orders, payments, taxes, returns, refunds and disputes. Customers should contact the selling business about a purchase. Delivery integrations, where available, depend on separate courier arrangements.

09Fees and Billing

Published draft prices are indicative until plan terms are finalized. Before subscribing, review the price, billing period, quotas and any applicable taxes or payment-provider conditions presented in the purchase flow. Trial eligibility, cancellation and renewals depend on the terms confirmed at subscription. Foljent does not promise a free trial or a credit-card-free signup unless explicitly offered. Any material billing change will be communicated as required.

10Intellectual Property

You retain rights to the business content you supply and grant the permissions necessary to process that content to provide the service. Foljent and its licensors retain rights to the platform, software and branding. Do not copy or distribute protected platform materials without permission. You must have the right to use uploaded content.

11Data and Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes the information processed by Foljent. You are responsible for lawful collection and use of your customers' information and for responding to requests where your business determines the purpose of processing. The public Data Deletion page explains how removal can be requested.

12Service Availability

The service may be affected by maintenance, technical faults, third-party outages and platform changes. Features may evolve. No uninterrupted availability or service level is promised unless agreed separately in writing. Maintain appropriate business processes for situations where automated communication is unavailable.

13Account Suspension / Termination

Access may be restricted or suspended for misuse, security concerns, unpaid agreed fees or legal requirements. Where appropriate, we may ask you to resolve a problem before terminating access. You may stop using the service and request workspace deletion. Termination does not erase outstanding obligations, and deletion follows the applicable retention process.

14Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Foljent is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, inaccurate business information, AI responses, third-party interruptions or transactions between a business and its customers. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any separately agreed service terms apply according to their scope.

15Changes

These terms may be revised as the service changes. The revision date appears above. Material changes will be communicated where required. If you do not accept revised terms, stop using the service and contact us about your account and data.
